Interactive meditation with GPT-3

Building an AI chat app to support my awareness practice

I was feeling restless and wondered what it’d be like to have an AI chat prompt me in a way that directs my attention, stabalizing it, in a meditative way. Here I take a possible “script” I go through when I meditate, and bring that to a chat experience.

It’s fascinating to see how sensations transform during the course of the chat. It makes me think of counting exercises to relax the mind before meditating.

Next I’ll add voice to it so it’s like a guided meditation, with more interactivity.
